Impartial Guidance from a Trusted Neutral

01 — Divorce & Seperation Mediation

Mediation helps spouses develop a practical plan for asset division, support, and child custody in a peaceful, non-adversarial, process that focusses on the family's unique circumstances.  The process is private, efficient, party and child-focused, and collaborative - empowering both parties with authorship of their life's next chapter.

02 — Child Custody Mediation

Mediation provides a safe space to brainstorm parenting plans and consider your children's best interests, while setting the stage for future cooperation and a positive co-parenting relationship.   The process allows parents discuss and consider different practical proposals that can best meet the children’s needs, in a confidential, non-judgmental and collaborative setting.

03 — Consulting Attorney Services

A consulting attorney provides independent legal advice to a mediation participant, helping them proceed with confidence in the process.  Mediated decisions that are well-informed, with independent legal advice, are less likely to result in regret and dissatisfaction.  Self-empowerment in consensual dispute resolution does not mean you have to go it alone.

04 — Collaborative Family Law

The collaborative family law process allows you to stay in control of both process and outcome, with the assistance of counsel, in a non-adversarial and dignified way.  In the collaborative process, each party is represented by specially trained attorneys, and guided by neutral mental health and financial professionals, working together as a team, and committed to achieving an out-of-court settlement.

05 — Pre/Post-Marital Agreements

Negotiating a premarital agreement is a prudent, loving act that clarifies financial rights and balances risks for both partners.  Mediation facilitates open dialogue about each party's goals, concerns, and expectations in order to design a plan that meets the couple's mutual interests.
