Jennifer Winestone is the founder of Winestone Mediation, where she helps families navigate complex separation, divorce, and child custody matters with clarity, structure, and a long-term perspective. Her work is guided by a simple but often overlooked truth:
Process matters. The way families move through conflict profoundly shapes the resolutions they achieve.

Jennifer founded Winestone Mediation to provide an alternative to adversarial family law, which can escalate tension, drain resources, and leave families worse off. Her practice focuses on designing thoughtful, durable agreements that prioritize children, preserve dignity, and allow families to move forward with confidence.

Having begun her legal career in Canada before relocating to Southern California, Jennifer brings a distinctive and practical perspective. With extensive family law litigation experience, advanced dispute resolution training, and academic leadership,
her approach to mediation is both creative and highly effective—crafted to achieve successful outcomes for the short and long term.
